THERMAL building IMAGING SURVEYS
p
Assessing the Energy Performance of Buildings
through Thermal Imaging
Through the use of thermal imaging, calfordseaden are able to analyse and review the thermal energy performance of buildings whilst in operation and target where improvements to these buildings should be made and where possible future energy savings could be made.
We can provide a detailed assessment of your existing stock to indicate energy performance levels, possible areas of building material failure and to give an on-going record of building stock improvements.
Our system can also be used as a living maintenance record of the external building fabric, and be interactive for maintenance staff and occupiers to both access information from a dedicated website on energy use, but also be an updatable user manual for low energy technologies installed in the building. Services for either individual buildings or building types are applicable and our range of services include:
- Non intrusive building fabric inspection
- Maintenance inspections of electrical/mechanical building services
- Energy surveys
- Living interactive energy performance
- Living user manuals and resident information sharing
calfordseaden are using this technology to review building performance as part of our condition and energy surveys. We are able to easily demonstrate to our clients the performance of their new and existing stock, including buildings within the residential, commercial, health and education sectors.
This service will dramatically help you improve the environmental performance for your property portfolio. See an example of thermal imaging in practice here.
