Anthony is principally a building surveyor, acting as employer's agent for a wide client base of Housing Associations. Anthony is also heavily involved in providing energy advice and assessments on domestic and commercial properties of all sizes, both new build and existing as a Domestic Energy Assessor, On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, SAP assessor, Commercial Energy Assessor levels 3 and 4 and air pressure tester to ADL1A of the Building Regulations.
