Sheerness Health Centre, Sheerness

Sheerness Health Centre is located on a very prominent but small site in the busy High Street.  

We needed to design a three storey building (unusual for a Health Centre) and that gave us the opportunity to deliver an imposing landmark building in the heart of the community.  The design process to overcome issues of access, convenience, adjacencies and infection control over three storeys was complex, particularly for the multiple users of the building.  

A process of careful briefing and analysis, along with in depth presentations, guided the stakeholders towards our solution which is at the same time intelligent and simple in use.
