M&E Engineering

The UK property & construction industry is witnessing unprecedented demand for new buildings. Combined with on-going concerns on energy use, both from a commercial and residential perspective, the need for sustainable solutions are imperative.

calfordseaden continues to demonstrate its commitment to developing sustainable buildings; senior staff members are currently undertaking doctorates and post-graduate degrees in green technology and district heating systems. As we continue to invest in research and development, we are confident that we can fulfil energy demands.

Working across all sectors, our team of specialist engineers will carry out the testing of gas, electrical and lift systems. This provides valuable feedback to our design engineers insuring mechanical, electrical and lift installations remain fully serviced and maintained.

With our skills in specialist systems and integrated design and surveying teams, we contribute to sustainability and will continue developing the best ways of exploiting modern or aged technology.
