Clerks of Works / Quality Control Surveyors

Our Clerks of Works / Quality Control Surveyors abide to a strict rule where quality control starts well before construction commences. Through drawing checks and technical audits, the team obtains the technical knowledge existing within the firm to detect or anticipate any issues.

Either based on site or conducting regular site inspections, our Clerks of Works provide reports tailored to suit the requirements of each client. A personable approach is crucial in this role to ensure recommendations are well observed.

The team are members of The Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate of Great Britain Inc. (ICWCI). Paul Doman (Partner), is Chairman of the ICWCI South London Centre and hosts members’ meetings, CDP events and workshops at calfordseaden's London Bridge office.

This Professional approach to the Clerks of Works role, and the awareness of the ICWCI, brings considerable benefits to projects and our clients and via regular group meetings, our Clerks of Works provide invaluable support to the other disciplines within the Practice.
