In an ongoing relationship which extends back from 2002, we have provided a broad range of services on a variety of property types including corps hall, hostels, social service/care buildings, charity shops, administrative buildings and residential properties. 

Our services include undertaking surveys, preparing schedules of condition, maintenance and refurbishment projects, remodelling works, defects diagnosis and full contract administration (including cost control).  We also act as independent certifier nationwide.
