calfordseaden continue to work in Partnership to develop sustainable communities through urban regeneration with leading affordable Housing Providers, local authorities, private developers and other stakeholders to develop sustainable communities through urban regeneration . We are involved on number of exciting and challenging initiatives including projects such as Bermondsey Spa, Southwark (2,000 new homes, of which 40% are affordable, and a range of new community and social well being facilities), Packington Square, Islington (840 new mixed tenure homes, 2 new landscape squares, a canal side park and the reprovision of existing shops and community facilities) and Orchard Village, Havering (550 new homes, including private for sale, shared ownership and affordable housing).

Regeneration
calfordseaden have been involved in the regeneration of Stonebridge Estate since 1999 acting as the lead consultant. This regeneration programme has delivered 1156 new affordable homes, a Primary Care Trust Health Centre, pharamacy, community centre, nursery, sports facilities, three new parks and a range of retail outlets. Park Wood & Coombe Road, Maidstone
This regeneration initiative includes the development of 286 new homes across Park Wood and Coombe Road in Maidstone, Kent. More information here

The £60 million regeneration of Kender Estate, located within the New Cross Gate area of South East London, includes new mixed tenure homes and a striking new community landmark building. More information here

Peckham Partnership, Southwark
One of the largest single regeneration initiatives in the country, Peckham Partnership comprises 2,000 new dwellings, a new library & media centre, three parks, a relocated health centre, commercial facilities and a new bus route. More information here
Most of the existing properties of this estate are being redeveloped to provide low-rise blocks of private for sale, shared ownership and affordable rented properties. More information here
Phased redevelopment including demolition of 500 properties and the construction of 750 new houses and flats of which 285 homes.
