Park Wood & Coombe Road, Maidstone

calfordseaden have been commissioned by Maidstone Housing Trust to act as architects (pre and post planning), client representative, site inspectors, party wall surveyors and CDM co-ordinators on the Trust's first regeneration schemes at Park Wood and Coombe Road.

Park Wood - The Trust has completed all phases of the Park Wood regeneration, with demolition starting in February 2006 and construction through to May 2007, creating 164 new homes that were handed over as they became available.  

Coombe Road - Work began in November 2006 on the £23.5m project to replace 122 tired properties with 164 modern homes in Coombe Road, Maidstone.
