The scheme includes replacing existing properties with approximately 840 new mixed tenure homes, together with the creation of 2 new landscape squares, a canal side park and the reprovision of the existing shops and community facilities on the Estate.
Services are being provided on behalf of The Hyde Group and the Partnership responsible for delivering the private for sale units on the project. These include both the employer’s agent/project co-ordinator and CDM co-ordinator roles. In addition, the project monitoring role is being provided on behalf of Funders. Services for the housing element of the project extend to include the EcoHomes assessor, party wall and rights of light surveyor roles.
