An established Practice with a strong future

calfordseaden was established in 1989, known then as Calford Seaden Partnership, through the merger of Seadens and The John Calford Partnership. Seadens was originally established as Alfred E Seadens & Partners in 1941 and The John Calford Partnership was originally established in 1982.

The Practice’s original range of services has been extended from chartered building & quantity surveying to include project management, architecture & masterplanning, civil & structural engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, sustainability and health & safety.

We operate on a broad-based business platform that encompasses both public and private sector clients to promote stability and sustainable growth. This enables us to continuously invest in the training of high calibre personnel and the upgrading of our technological capabilities, benefiting both our clients and ourselves, and allowing us to remain at the forefront of the latest developments in our industries.

Calford Seaden Partnership changed its name to calfordseaden in 2001. In April 2006, calfordseaden became a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). Whilst the corporate structure of the Practice may have changed, our cultural ethos remains the same.
