Business Development Manager
Working alongside Michael Whatford, Guy is responsible for marketing calfordseaden’s broad range of services across multiple sectors of the property and construction industry. He is also responsible for overseeing the bid submissions made by the Practice and is involved in other business development activities undertaken by calfordseaden. Guy is a chartered marketer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Business Systems Manager
Peter is a chartered building surveyor by primary profession with 38 years experience. He has a Doctorate in the Built Environment and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Peter leads the implementation of calfordseaden's business systems and quality management procedures.

Christopher Moquet FCIH
Business Development / New Initiatives
Chris’ principal role is to pursue new areas of business for the Practice and to support all offices within the company. He evaluates innovation in construction and new products and liaises with organisations such as 2012 Construction Commitments, Thames Gateway Forum, The Housing Forum, SECBE and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH). Chris is a former Chair of the South East Region of the CIH and is presently Chair of the region’s International Housing Group.

Senior Clerk of Works
Paul is the senior clerk of works, a member of the Institute leading our inspectorate team. He has over 30 years experience of site based inspections ranging from commercial developments to social housing with working knowledge of many construction techniques.

Partnership Secretary
A highly skilled chartered management accountant with a wealth of experience. Julie heads up the Finance team in Orpington, consisting of seven team members. She handles all the accounting and tax affairs of the business.
