We are proud to announce our winning success at this year’s National Housing Awards. We worked closely with four of the nominated projects, with two of them scooping awards - one for Best Small Development and the other for Most Innovative.

The Best Small Development award was for the Ivydale Road project in south east London. We worked closely with housing association Family Mosaics to complete an outstanding housing refurbishment, helping to transform the derelict bungalows on the site. The new site has 14 homes, 12 of those houses and two apartments.
