Key worker and shared ownership flats achieving Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes were completed at the nine storey high landmark building, Park Royal, on behalf of Network Housing Group. All dwellings have private amenity space and access to communal roof terraces, landscaped areas and children's play area.

The sustainable design maximises the use of natural systems, minimising the impact of the development on resources. The concrete frame and extensive use of brick increases the thermal mass of the development and space heating and hot water is delivered using a communal gas/biomass boiler.
