Everyone at calfordseaden wishes you a Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year

We are pleased to let you know that a further charity and community group have benefited from calfordseaden's Christmas donation campaign this year. On behalf of calfordseaden, its clients and colleagues, donations in lieu of Christmas cards have been made to The Salvation Army and Southwark Lancers.
In previous years other charities that have benefited from calfordseaden's campaigns have included Shelter, Lionheart, Homeless International, Chartered Institute of Housing, RIBA Education Fund and others.

Statutory Payment Terms1 October 2011 saw the introduction of a new set of statutory payment terms for construction contracts. Part 8 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act,
2009, which came into effect on that date, modifies and replaces the statutory terms that have been in operation since 1996.
