It has been a very rewarding time this last couple of months, as a number of our projects have scooped coveted awards or are shortlisted with the winners soon to be announced.

Here is a brief run down of what we have recently achieved:

BERMONDSEY SPA

Best regeneration award - London Evening Standard New Homes Awards

Best new place to live - joint first place at RTPI Awards

We provided project co-ordinator, employers agent, cost consultant, project programmer, site inspectors and CDM co-ordinator on  Hyde's redevelopment programme of Bermondsey Spa consisting of 2,000 new mixed tenure homes, of which over 35% are affordable, re-landscaped open space, a healthcare centre, dental amenities, retail outlets, a supermarket, youth facilities and council offices.

For the Best New Regeneration Project, judges were looking for green, cost effective developments 'providing revitalisation for the area'.

STONEBRIDGE ESTATE

Overall winner and best regeneration award at RICS Awards

Our regeneration experts were appointed to act as construction consultants on this £140m urban regeneration scheme in North West London on behalf of Stonebridge Action Housing Trust.  The entire regeneration of Stonebridge includes 1,400 residential units and a variety of community facilities, including health centre, sheltered housing block, supermarket and retail outlets.

The London Awards judges were impressed by the reinvigorated social spirit that has completely replaced the old community mood of hopelessness and it is clear that the residents of what is still sometimes a deprived neighbourhood are now immensely proud and defensive of 'their patch'.

 Shortlisted in projects category at Housing Design Awards

HOATHDOWN HOUSE, PEACEHAVEN

Shortlisted for best community development and best partnership at 2010 LABC South East Building Excellence Awards.
