The 24-hour challenge started in Scotland on Friday, 23rd May with the ascent of Ben Nevis (1344m), followed by Scafell Pike (978m) in the Lake District and finally Mount Snowdon (1085m) in Wales. The entire challenge included approximately 450 miles of driving and 25 miles of walking in aid of Demelza Hospice Care for Children, which cares for life-limited children and their families across Kent, East Sussex and South London. The monies raised will benefit the new hospice building project in Eltham, South London currently under construction.
The Team has currently raised over £10,000 for Demelza with more money still being raised.
