In addition to new build schemes, the refurbishment of existing properties, plant replacement and maintenance related services are areas where our teams particularly excel. NAAFI (Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes)

The NAAFI is a 'Not for Profit' organisation that supports the British Armed Forces and their families. We are currently providing a range of services to them and have undertaken work in the Falklands Islands, Gibraltar, Germany, Northern Ireland, Brunei and Iraq. More information here

Tavistock Place, London

The original building dates from the late 19th Century, with an additional floor and the left side wing added in the 1960s. The building comprises 3432m² of accommodation, which was retained, and a rear three-storey extension constructed to accommodate a new lift and to improve internal circulation. More information here

Midmoor Road, London

Midmoor Road is a pioneering project that shows how a low-energy retrofit can make deep cuts in carbon emissions from social housing. This project has been instrumental in exploring the most appropriate & effective methods of refurbishing street properties to high environmental standards. More information here.
