Patrick provides services covering full design of mechanical engineering services relating to heating, air conditioning, domestic survey, feasibility survey, dilapidation surveys and full building surveys. Patrick mainly deals with the commercial sector dealing with refurbishment of existing buildings either in occupation or vacant.
