Local Improvement Finance Trusts (LIFTs)

Appointed as project manager and technical adviser by Barnet, Enfield and Haringey NHS Trust for their Third Wave NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT). The first phase of the project comprises three primary care centres detailed below. Other schemes we have delivered under LIFT include Beckenham Beacon and Hornsey Central Primary Care Centre, also detailed below.

Forest Road Primary Care Centre
£9.0 million for Enfield Primary Care Trust
New centre for 18 GP Practices, physiotherapy suites, district nursing services, a dental health clinic, a pharmacy and other services.

Vale Drive Primary Care Centre
£5.0 million for Barnet Primary Care Trust
New centre for 6 GP Practices, community dentistry, ophthalmic clinic, family planning, speech therapy, children & adolescence and other services.

Lordship Care Clinic
£6.0 million for Haringey Teaching Primary Care Trust
New centre for large GP Practice, community physiotherapy, audiology and children's services.

Beckenham Beacon
£28 million Community Hospital Development
Acting as tenant's representatives to Bromley Primary Care Trust on this important development providing accommodation, out-patient services, x-ray department, pharmacy services and community health services.

Hornsey Central Primary Care Centre
£9.0 million new build development
Prominent large local GP Practice together with district and school nursing teams, physiotherapy department, podiatry and sexual health clinic along with large retail pharmacy.
