Kender Community Landmark Building, New Cross

One of most recent significant milestones in the Kender Estate regeneration scheme is the construction of this community landmark building, which comprises 12 shared ownership apartments, two commercial units and community space.

The exciting design incorporates a number of striking features and the completed building incorporates thermal tubes, serving the top of the building, and a green roof above the community space.
