Kender Estate, New Cross

The £60 million regeneration of Kender Estate, located within the New Cross Gate area of South East London, includes demolition, partial refurbishment and new build construction. The overall scheme provides over 750 affordable housing units and a variety of shared ownership and private rented dwellings.

calfordseaden are providing full pre and post contract client representative services, which includes co-ordinating the tender process and constructor selection, preparing project brief and strategic brief documents, auditing price framework documents for individual phases, auditing 'open book' process and monitoring cost reporting process and play an active role in market testing sub-contract packages.  We are also appointed as CDM

co-ordinator.
