calfordseaden acted as project managers on this complicated project, which included extensive demolition works and structural reconstruction works whilst maintaining a safe and relatively quiet environment for other tenants within the building.

The project involved the major refurbishment of Imperial Court, a prime retail estate in Knightsbridge, located in Brompton Road and Sloane Street. The refurbishment works included a new shell retail unit arranged with trading space at basement, ground and mezzanine levels with frontages. The first, second and third floors were redeveloped to provide office space.
