The myriad of affordable housing standards that registered housing providers must meet exist to improve the quality of housing, contributing to the achievement of sustainable development and good design. The ever-changing environment means that it is essential to keep up to date with these changing standards.
 
The recently revised Code for Sustainable Homes and the requirements for achieving the Code on your housing developments in the future will be harder than those in place today.
