Hogshill House, Crawley

Hogshill House is a new extra care housing scheme providing six, one-bed and 33 two-bed apartments set within a woodland setting in Crawley, West Sussex. The successfully completed development provides older people with the care and support they require.

We were appointed as architect, client representative, cost consultant, structural engineer, BREEAM assessor and CDM coordinator on behalf of Housing 21 on this scheme. The scheme was developed in close conjunction with the partnering contractor, Denne Construction, and Crawley Borough Council with funding from the Department of Health.
