Calford Seaden (Health & Safety) Limited is an organisation dedicated to providing health and safety services to a diverse range of clients. We provide a full range of health and safety consultancy services, including professional advice and guidance to enable landlords/property owners, developers, principal contractors and other organisations to fully comply with the wide-ranging health and safety legislation affecting them.

Our safety advisers are variously members of relevant professional bodies, and as an organisation, Calford Seaden (Health & Safety) Limited is a corporate member of the Association for Project Safety. We are appointed on a variety of projects from single buildings, to multi-million pound mixed-use urban regeneration developments. Our portfolio of projects includes all forms of affordable housing, commercial, industrial, health, education, community, retail, leisure and other building projects. Our affordable housing experience extends to general needs, shared ownership, keyworker and housing for older people. Briar Croft is a specialist extra care retirement scheme for the over 55's developed by Orbit Heart of England. Located in the heart of historic Stratford-upon-Avon, the scheme provides a total of 36, one and two bedroom apartments and a range of communal facilities. More information here

Hale Village, Tottenham (Block N1)

A Public Private Partnership delivering a Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 development of 120 mixed tenure residential units. This development forms part of the wider regeneration of Hale Village. More information here

NAAFI (Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes)

The NAAFI is a 'Not for Profit' organisation that supports the British Armed Forces and their families. We are currently providing a range of services to them and have undertaken work in the Falklands Islands, Gibraltar, Germany, Northern Ireland, Brunei and Iraq. More information here

Stonebridge Estate, Harlesden

calfordseaden have been involved in the regeneration of Stonebridge Estate since 1999 acting as the lead consultant. This regeneration programme has delivered 1156 new affordable homes, a Primary Care Trust Health Centre, pharamacy, community centre, nursery, sports facilities, three new parks and a range of retail outlets. Kender Estate, New Cross

The £60 million regeneration of Kender Estate, located within the New Cross Gate area of South East London, includes new mixed tenure homes and a striking new community landmark building. More information here

Peckham Partnership, Southwark

One of the largest single regeneration initiatives in the country, Peckham Partnership comprises 2,000 new dwellings, a new library & media centre, three parks, a relocated health centre, commercial facilities and a new bus route. More information here
