Stephen is a Director of Calford Seaden (Health and Safety) Limited and is responsible for providing competent advice and promoting safe working practices to calfordseaden's senior management and technical staff, ensuring the organisation fully complies with its legal obligations. He is responsible for managing our health and safety consultancy group, providing CDM  co-ordinator/safety services. He is also responsible for co-ordinating and managing health and safety aspects of design, advising clients of the competency of designers/ contractors, including preparation of health and safety plans and files.
