Health & Safety Managing Director
Andrew is the Managing Director of Calford Seaden (Health and Safety) Limited and is responsible for providing competent advice and promoting safe working practices for the organisation and its affiliated Practice, calfordseaden LLP, as well as ensuring both fully comply with their legal obligations. Andrew is responsible for managing the Health and Safety Consultancy Group, who provide CDM Co-ordinator and Health & Safety services. He is also responsible for co-ordinating and managing health and safety aspects of design, advising clients of the competency of designers/ contractors, including preparation and review of health and safety plans and files.

Senior CDM Co-ordinator
Eve has been involved a wide variety of projects, ranging from Residential and Commercial to Sports and Leisure and large PFI Schemes. Eve currently provides health and safety advice and CDM Coordinator services to a variety of Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Contractors and Developers, as well as co-ordinating and managing the flow of health and safety information between various parties and advising members of the project team of their specific duties under The CDM Regulations 2007.

Senior CDM Co-ordinator/health & Safety Adviser
Bryan's experience includes involvement with a wide variety of projects within the residential, commercial, education, health, central government and utility sectors. He has worked on schemes ranging from small refurbishments, extensions and new builds through to major estate regenerations incorporating renewable technologies and built using all forms of construction including a variety of MMC. Bryan currently provides health and safety advice and CDM Coordinator services to a variety of Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Contractors and Developers, as well as co-ordinating and managing the flow of health and safety information between various parties.

Associate, Building Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator
Since the introduction of the CDM Regulations, Peter has taken an active role in promoting the services of our sister company, calfordseaden (health & safety) Ltd and leads our London based team of CDM Coordinators. Peter is committed to assisting our client's in meeting their statutory obligations and has been involved in a broad range of Planning Supervisory/CDM Coordinator schemes with project values up to £5 million covering various market sectors including residential, commercial, health and light industrial.

Pierre Langlois BS (Hons) MRICS NEBOSH
Associate, Building Surveyor / Employers Agent / Project Manager and CDM Co-ordinator
Pierre oversees the Birmingham Office activities of Calford Seaden (Health & Safety) Limited. He has provided services as a CDM Coordinator since the introduction of the CDM Regulations in 1994. His duties include reviewing health and safety competency/resources, preparing Information Packs and ensuring that Health and Safety Files are completed and issued in accordance with the Regulations. Additionally he is involved in reviewing designers risk assessments and Principal Contractor's Health and Safety Plans. Pierre has been involved in this role across a broad spectrum of projects ranging from refurbishment, remodeling and new build projects.

Paul Wilkinson BA TechIosh RMaPS
Senior CDM Coordinator
Paul is CDM Co-ordinator with over 20 years industry experience and provides health and safety advice on behalf of the practice. As CDM Coordinator, Paul advises clients on construction health and safety matters, assists and advises in the appointment of competent contractors and designers and health and safety aspects of the design process. Paul also undertakes site safety inspections and writes health and safety reports. Paul is a dedicated health and safety professional currently working on various projects in the housing, health and education sectors ranging in value up to £15.000.000.

Paul acts as a CDM-Coordinator and is responsible for co-ordinating and managing health and safety aspects of design, advising clients of the competency of designers/ contractors, including preparation of health and safety plans and files and advising the client of the adequacy of the construction phase plan.
