On Tuesday 28th October 2008 calfordseaden hosted a highly successful and informative seminar on Cost Management at the Guoman, Charing Cross Hotel.

During this breakfast seminar our in-house experts gave presentations covering three important topics  - cost management, maintaining competitiveness, and the role of value management.

Our presentation was in response to the dramatic deterioration in the economy in 2008, with a particular emphasis upon the impact of this and the challenges facing our sector.

It continued by focussing on the key role of value management in continuous improvement and innovation, followed by Dale Arden examining lowest prices versus long-term value.
