calfordseaden provided advice on lease end issues, including dilapidations, to facilitate a smooth departure of the client from their existing office and warehouse premises.  Our surveyors carried out building surveys and space planning exercises of a number of potential new office and industrial locations, resulting in the identification of two acceptable properties. 

Our chartered building surveyors acted as designer and contract administrator for ‘fit out’, alteration and refurbishment works at the new premises. We also provided advice in connection with landlord and tenant matters. Given the technological nature of the client’s business, their requirements were bespoke and highly specialised in this instance.
