calfordseaden were appointed by Nippon Express (UK) Limited to provide architectural and project coordination services for a £3.9 million extension to their existing Midlands distribution centre. More information here

calfordseaden acted as project managers on this complicated project, which involved the major refurbishment of Imperial Court, a prime retail estate in Knightsbridge, located in Brompton Road and Sloane Street. More information here

14/16 Bruton Place, Mayfair
This scheme involved demolition of an old nightclub and construction of a new building above the subterranean River Tyburn. The development is designed to contribute to the overall streetscape of this conservation area in Mayfair, London and provides modern open plan raised access floor space. More information here

Daikin Airconditioning UK Ltd Premises
calfordseaden provided advice on lease end issues, including dilapidations, to facilitate a smooth departure of the client from their existing office and warehouse premises Our chartered building surveyors then acted as designer and contract administrator for 'fit out', alteration and refurbishment works at the new premises.
