The Practice has considerable expertise in all areas of building and quantity surveying. Our reputation has been built on providing a fast, reliable and personal service. We provide objective advice whilst taking practical and commercial issues into account. This foundation ensures that our clients receive carefully considered advice in a succinct and unambiguous manner.
Building surveys are frequently undertaken on a wide range of structures including multi storey buildings (commercial, industrial, residential and retail) through to individual substantial dwelling houses.
Our quantity surveyors and building surveyors manage and control a wide range of building contracts. Cost services also typically incorporate estimating and cost control, procurement and contract advice, production of tender documentation, management of the tender process and post contract matters through to the agreement of final accounts.
