calfordseaden have acted as partnering advisers, client representative, building surveyor, party wall surveyor, EcoHomes assessor and CDM coordinator on this two-phase development. The first phase provided 28, one and two bedroom apartments, along with ancillary accommodation, with the second phase provided a further 36 residential apartments.
