Bermondsey Spa, London

Hyde’s redevelopment programme of Bermondsey Spa consists of 2,000 new mixed tenure homes, of which over 35% are affordable, re-landscaped open space, a healthcare centre, dental amenities, retail outlets, a supermarket, youth facilities and council offices.  

Bermondey Spa has won the following Awards:

New facilities include a state-of-the-art sports centre, music production equipment, an enterprise zone and a quiet room.  With a works programme spanning from 2006 to 2011, calfordseaden are providing project co-ordination, employer’s agent, cost advice, project programming, site inspectors, health and safety and technical appraisals of designs.
