- The Practice has a dedicated Management Department and Training Manager
who are responsible for identifying training needs and the organisation of
structured and informal training; - We support flexible working - which for an individual member of staff could
include a reduction in the number of hours, a change in the pattern of the hours
and includes full and partial home working; - We are engaged in the planning stage of the Investor in People standard.
- Amongst other staff events we annually hosts a summer event which allows
staff to interact with colleagues of all levels and of all regional offices, in an
informal and sociable environment. - We support and fund a Sports and Social Committee, who regularly organise
activities for staff, their family and friends; - All members of staff are encouraged to submit suggestions and ideas for the
improvement of all aspects of the business. All ideas are fully considered and
if adopted by the Practice the individual staff member is rewarded.
