calfordseaden are appointed as architects on this Public Private Partnership between Housing 21, Thomas Vale Construction Limited and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council.

The Partnership has been established to develop two large sites for new extra care housing accommodation. In addition, each scheme will also provide residential accommodation for Older People with Mental Health needs and a variety of communal and auxiliary facilities.
