calfordseaden’s architects designed a new extra care scheme comprising 67 individual apartments, including both affordable and private for sale units,a day care centre, a function and multi-activity room, consultation rooms, beauty saloon, restaurant and catering facilities and auxiliary services.

In addition to being the architect on this scheme, calfordseaden were also appointed as client representative, cost consultant and structural engineer.
