Paines Brook Way, Romford

calfordseaden’s design for a new extra care village-style development for older people has recently been approved. As well as being the first in Portsmouth, Milton Village is one of the first of its kind in the South of England to be supported by the Department of Health.

The new development will include residential accommodation for older people within a small vibrant village setting where residents shared facilities including a shop, hairdressers, community amenities and gardens.
