calfordseaden’s architects are involved in one of the UK’s largest extra care and supported housing initiatives. Over 350 new build apartments will be delivered across 13 sites in Kent, including 280 extra care apartments, 66 supported living apartments for people with learning disabilities and seven apartments for people with mental health needs.

The preferred consortium delivering this Private Finance Initiatives includes Housing 21, MCCH, Denne Construction, United House, Denne Maintenance, calfordseaden, KPMG, Devonshires and Tully De’Ath.
