Kent PFI

We are appointed as architects on behalf of Housing 21 on this new extra care housing scheme, which is being developed in close conjunction with the partnering contractor, Denne Construction, and Crawley Borough Council.

The completed scheme, set within a woodland setting, will provide 6, one-bedroom and 33, two-bedroom extra care apartments, together with a communal lounge and support facilities. This scheme is supported and part funded by the Department of Health.
