calfordseaden’s architects are appointed to develop design proposals for this new extra care facility within a restricted site, forming part of a larger redevelopment scheme.

South Warwickshire Housing Association’s brief requires a minimum of 30 units for elderly and / or disabled residents, with the new building to be constructed over a proposed concrete car park frame. Our design also incorporates a variety of communal areas and auxiliary facilities along with landscaping and car parking.
