South Warwickshire Housing Association has appointed calfordseaden on this extra care scheme that, in its first phase, will provide 28, one and two bedroom apartments. This scheme, designed by Walker Troup Limited, is the first of its kind in the area.

calfordseaden is appointed to provide a range of services including acting as client representative, EcoHomes assessor, CDM co-ordinator and partnering adviser. South Warwickshire Housing Association is currently planning a further phase of 36 units.
