Paines Brook Way, Romford

calfordseaden are appointed as architects on this Public Private Partnership between Housing 21, Inspace Partnerships and Birmingham City Council. The Partnership has been established to develop two large sites for new extra care housing accommodation.

Existing tower blocks on both sites have been demolished and the schemes have been designed to ensure that the existing bungalows on the sites are integrated into the completed developments.
