Hayes School in conjunction with calfordseaden and Elliott Off Site Building Solutions were delighted to show guests from local primary and secondary schools, community stakeholders and governors, staff and pupils around the newly built M block.

The afternoon began with a light buffet lunch and discussion.  Deputy Head Teacher Terry Scott explained the reasons behind the new M block, calfordseaden's architects covered developing a sustainable school for the future and Elliott Off Site Building Solutions spoke of the construction and delivery of the block.

Guests were then taken for a guided tour and hear how this new facility has helped the school achieve 'outstanding' status in a recent Ofsted inspection and gain Academy status.
